Project/Site Manager MEP

Requirements

• 1Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, HVAC/Air Conditioning Engineering, or a related field
• 2Minimum 5–8 years of experience in engineering, MEP, or facility management
• 3Minimum 3 years of managerial-level experience
• 4Proven experience in building/facility operations and maintenance
• 5Strong understanding of the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• 6Ability to develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules
• 7Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
• 8Ability to prepare budgets and manage cost control
